We had been using a vendor for attendance management but were not happy as there were many glitches and the vendor was not very responsive.

After some research into better attendance management systems, we decided to go ahead with truMe. It has worked well for us. Their AMS meets the key requirements of retail stores. We are happy with the experience and happier with their responsiveness. truMe is a great solution and the team is attentive to their customers.
