A tablet placed outside the meeting room displays the booking, usage and availability status of the room real-time. Employees can also book the available slot from this tablet itself. Real-time notifications to the host and the participants keep them updated about meeting commencing/ progressing/ cancellation etc. You have option to control the door of the meeting room as well.
