We work with clients across geographies and in today’s world where majority of deployed workforce work remotely, it is very difficult to have administrative controls in place especially when each client has it’s own unique requirement.

We became truMe’s customer two months back after a week’s trial. We found them keen to listen to our peculiar pain points and within that week of trial, they came up with tweaking a bit of the workflow and required changes in their report structure to address the same.

We started using truMe’s VMS in early 2019 and were immensely satisfied with the product. Our primary driver for adopting digital interfaces for attendance management was Covid-19, which rendered our finger biometrics based system useless. After evaluating various options, we chose truMe for their advance features, great user experience and reasonable pricing.

When we installed truMe VMS and Access Control in our new state-of-the-art business park in Noida, we were a little apprehensive. After all, a little over 5000 people visit the business park every day. A small glitch can create chaos at the reception and make it unpleasant for many MNCs housed at the business park.

However, truMe has been a revelation for us. We are very happy with both the quality and the quantity of Visitor Management and Access Control it provides. Now, we can’t think of managing our access control without truMe.
