• Direct access to any server from outside is not allowed.

3. Network Level Security:

• All API calls to truMe platform as well as truMe Location Server are secured http calls.
• Furthermore, every communication with the Main Server, Location Server and App is RSA encrypted with SHA 256 hash.

• Availability of different interfaces like QR/ BLE/ Face Recognition. Admin can decide which all interfaces an employee can use. Accordingly, an employee can use one or more modes of marking attendance. • Geofencing ensures that the attendance can be marked only when the employee is inside the defined radius. Admin has the flexibility to configure the geofencing range.

• Seamless mapping of employees with departments and locations. The system allows Admin to create multiple zones within a particular location and map employees to that zone. An employee can mark attendance only in the zone assigned to him, unless Admin allows him to mark attendance at multiple places.
• Option to integrate with truMe Access Control which helps the door to automatically open when an employee marks attendance.
• An employee who is not on leave and does not mark attendance by a cut-off time, his supervisor and the employee concerned gets a notification on email and App.
